On this page is information regarding the types of migrations and timelines. There are two types of migration, the automated migration that we will do for you, or you can self migration using the tools at the bottom of the page. Please start with the FAQs, there is a lot of information there.
Our fall back or roll back plan is simple. Your old account is not going to go anywhere. If absolute disaster strickes at the begaining of the year, simply log in to your old account and operate normaly. For more information scroll down to see the FAQs.
The current plan is to start migrating early adopters starting on 02/23/26. Migrating a person can take anywhere from a few hours to several days depending on the amount of data in the account. Migrations could continue throughout the summer.
